Ambition Habitation is thriving, with many projects under development. In the face of the housing crisis, we are increasingly approached by partners wishing to collaborate with us.
Our community-based approach and our commitment to actively supporting the community enable us to build a more inclusive and accessible future.
50 affordable housing units
This project stems from a close collaboration between the partners in the community. It is based on a shared commitment: to create environment living spaces that are accessible, of high quality and well integrated into their environment. Ambition Habitation plays a role as a catalyst. We bring together the expertise, we organize the ideas, and we support the progress of the project, from its conception through to its implementation.
How do we make a difference?
These housing units will be offered to those rents kept at a level of affordability worthy of social housing, that is generally between 20% and 30% below the market. In addition, the incomes of households will be capped according to the thresholds of the PHAQ program, and this applies to all of the units of the project.

It is this collective strength that has made it possible to create a project that is well integrated into its environment, which directly addresses a strong demand for housing with rents that are adapted to people’s financial means a18> affordable rents tailored to the ability of tenants to pay their rent.
With the Parent Project, we are launching a promising initiative, which marks the beginning of a sustainable solution to the needs for affordable housing, brick by brick.

Le Projet Vigilance est une initiative locale qui regroupe plus de 40 partenaires, dont le CISSS de la Montérégie-Ouest, dont l’objectif est de soutenir le travail de proximité et la prévention, en favorisant des environnements sécuritaires, humains et propices à l’accompagnement des personnes plus vulnérables.
Our participation in this initiative marked our organization’s first involvement within the local community ecosystem. It was based on a natural alignment of values, notably the importance of prevention, coordinated action, and the creation of welcoming and inclusive environments.
Our Commitment
It is important to specify that we were not the lead organization for Project Vigilance, but were involved in our capacity as a property manager. Our contribution focused on providing and managing a space suited to its mission.
